Click the icon. Click the element.

1. Click the Tintstep icon, or press Alt+Shift+S. The side panel opens when you use the icon. Alt+Shift+I opens the panel without starting inspect mode.
2. Hover. A mint edge outlines the element. The label shows the text color, the background, the type, and the contrast when a score is possible.
3. Click. The text color is copied. Buttons on the label copy the background, the font stack, or a short CSS snippet.
4. Open Colors, Type, Assets, or Contrast in the panel. Scan this page starts the inventory.
5. Press Esc, or click the icon again. The outline and the listeners come off. The last element stays in the panel until you clear it, leave the page, or close the tab.

On a Chrome internal page, the icon shows an exclamation mark and the title "This page does not allow inspection from this page." The page is not changed.
